Contract
When you purchase a gadget or gadgets from our website, we enter into a contract. This contract comes about with your purchase and the procedure for doing this is as follows:
- You add product(s) to your cart.
- Go to checkout and complete all required information.
- Proceed to our reliable and secured payment gateway where you are redirected to Paystack to complete payment on their secure transaction site.
- Once you click to pay using your card details and we receive the confirmation email with your order, we are then in contract.
- We will then process and deliver your order provided it is in stock and that you have not cancelled your order or that we have not accepted your order.
- You will then be sent a confirmation email of the delivery to your location at a cost or you could also decide to pick up your gadget from one of our collection points.
Data Management & Consumption
Smart TVs and Smart TV Boxes use data. Your Smart TV Box from VEEBOXX Nigeria has been designed to be Data efficient. Consumption therefore depends on your abode, your Network Provider, your usage and your tastes. News and documentaries and live-streaming events usually do not consume Data as HD MOVIES or YouTube downloaded VIDEOS. So, Data Consumption on our Smart TV Boxes is as you like it.
Replacement and No Refund Policy
All our gadgets are tested and trusted. Every gadget delivered is in good working condition. It is better to check your gadget on pickup or delivery to ascertain there are no faults or defects. Products picked up or delivered in good working condition are guaranteed to work smoothly except damage occurs from the customer’s end.
Please note that payments made are non-refundable.
Thankfully returns are very rare for both us and our customers and we hope everyone will enjoy their purchases.
